Reservation terms

The reservation is made with a €50 deposit (VAT included), which is deducted from the final price of the collector.

You can cancel the reservation at any time before shipping and we will refund the full deposit within 14 days at the latest.

If we cannot deliver the collector on the estimated date, we will let you know and you can choose to wait or get your deposit back.

Once you have received the product, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.

We will call you within 48 hours to confirm the reservation, the installation site and the shipping cost. The rest of the price is paid before shipping. To cancel the reservation or withdraw from the purchase, write to us at hola@calefaccionsolar.eu or call 686 227 287.
